TIP OF THE DAY: FLAVORED BUTTERS
Spice up your butters by trying FLAVORED BUTTERS.
Add herbs, berries, spices, citrus zest, etc. and then add on top of your favorite vegetables, steaks, and breads.
This is such a simple task that gives HUGE results and flavor.
All you have to do is whip your butter (make sure butter is room temp) in a mixer to soften, then add in your favorites.
If I was making a steak for dinner I might add in chopped herbs such as rosemary, basil, garlic, and maybe some horseradish! (see my garlic butter sauce-click here)
Add honey and maybe a little cinnamon to your butter to top that morning muffin with.
Once again, I say this all the time- but the options are endless.
