The concept of this worksheet is that you pick a meal from each category ex. breakfast, lunch, dinner and then write it on the day of the week you would like to have that meal.
If you are on a diet you can make this plan according to the types of foods you can have. If you are restricting your calories you can designate food items for each meal according to the number of calories allotted.
I have attached my Mix & Match Meal Plan sheet but know you can definitely experiment and make your own according to your diet, likes, and dislikes.
