A new year is approaching! Are you happy with the way your meal plan is going? Are you eating out too much? Well I can help!
Everyone meal plans in different ways, depending on what best fits your family lifestyle. Today, I am bringing to you what I call, the Master Meal Sheet.
I was a personal chef in the past for several families and what I found was, as good as it sounded to try new foods with their families, they always found themselves resorting back to their same ‘ol same ‘ol family favorites.
So what I encourage you to do for your family is make a list of all your family favorite recipes that you know your family loves! If you try a new recipe that gets rated a 8 or higher add it to your master meal sheet.
Then, you just simply go down the list of meals on your sheet and keep rotating. There is no more questioning whats for dinner, and it stays simple this way.
After you have created your Master Meal Sheets you will need to create a plan.
Keep the list where it can be easily accessed such as Google Drive (app for your phone too). I then create a doc for each recipe that links back to my master list.
I also use Google Calendar which makes it simple to create a Meal Plan calendar and save the recipe we are having for that night as a Google Drive attachment. This system works great for me. If for some reason we don’t have what I planned that night I can just drag and drop to another night. SO EASY!!!!! I also love how Google Calendar syncs with my phone and PC.
