I love my Quick Tuna Salad Sandwiches. Not only does it take seconds to throw together I can either eat it cold or warm it up as a tuna melt.
My mom always chopped up her homegrown sweet pickles to add to the salad. I , either use store bought sweet pickle relish, or if you grow your own garden and have an abundance of zucchini- zucchin relish 🙂
Ingredients:
- 1 can tuna ( I prefer packed in water)
- dollup of Mayo
- dollup of Sweet Pickle Relish
- American Cheese
- Bread
Instructions:
- Place tuna, mayo, and relish in a bowl ( I just grab an easy to reach cereal bowl).
- Stir together, place on bread and enjoy!
- You can also use Miricle Whip instead of mayo or add onion or dill pickle relish to your Tuna Salad Sandwiches. To make it a melt throw the bread in the toaster, add tuna salad, and a piece of American cheese and throw in the microwave for a second or two until cheese metls. Enjoy!
