I love love love a super simple, yet yummy, kid friendly recipe. And what kid doesn’t love pizza anyways, extra win!
Typically, at our house pizza night is Friday evening. But, during a busy weeknight, these Muffin Toast Pizzas were a hit! Plus, I loved how the kids could pretty much assemble the whole dinner!
In order to have these puppies done in no time, it was essential I had the necessities in my freezer. Meat and/or protein is a very important part of each meal at our house and by having it in precooked in my freezer saves me sooo much time putting these meals together.
As far as the other toppings get creative! I love keeping diced green peppers in the freezer along with pepperoni’s so I always have them on hand for a quick pizza.
Now go dust off that muffin tin and think outside the box! The muffin tin was not developed just for muffins, but also a tool for busy moms like you to get kid friendly meals on the table in no time flat!
