Ran across this recipe from a friend on Snapchat. You know one of those recipes you see on social that you feel you must instantly try!! I mean who doesn’t love a Big Mac?? I don’t even think I looked up a recipe I was so excited. I already had a vision of how I was gonna make this work in my own mind! Which is super scary in itself if you know me well lol!
For my traditional tater tot I form raw beef in the bottom of the pan, layer on all the other ingredients and bake. For some reason with this one, I felt the need to brown my beef before putting in pan. But feel free to save time and revert back to my original method.
Another time saving tip is purchasing these aluminum pans from Sam’s Club. They make clean up easy, and I almost always make 2 and pop one in the freezer for later.
