TIP OF THE DAY: HOW TO BAKE FREEZER-FRIENDLY COOKIE DOUGH
The convenience of pre-made cookie dough is crazy popular, giving everyone that fresh ooey gooey cookie in a few quick minutes. Or, if you are some people I know, you just love the dough itself. Find out how to bake freezer-friendly cookie dough.
You will need the following:
Your favorite cookie dough recipe
Parchment or Saran wrap
- Make your favorite cookie dough recipe according their directions.
- Then place a hefty scoop of dough in the middle of a piece of parchment or Saran wrap and roll into a log about an 1 ½ inches thick, or, make as thick of a log as you want your cookie to be wide.

3. Place cookie dough log into freezer.
To Prepare Freezer-Friendly Cookie Dough:
- Pre-heat oven to desired temperature of cookie you are making.
- Remove cookie dough log from freezer and unwrap the parchment or Saran wrap.
- Then slice the log into the desired thickness you would like your cookie. Some like them thin and flat, others like them thick and gooey.
