We have daily chores in our house and weekend chores. Some weeks are easier than others on completing them.

Sometimes we have attitudes (including myself) making them take all day 🤪

A great staple to keep in your freezer this summer for a quick and easy protein packed breakfast!

1 cup cottage cheese 2 eggs Blend in blender and

1 cup cottage cheese
2 eggs
Blend in blender and pour into a greased and parched 18x13 pan.

Tip: spread as evenly as possible especially around the edges to prevent what happens in the video.

Either way we made into BLT wrap and flatbread pizza and loved!

I can’t buy this stuff because I’ll literally eat a whole container by myself 🤦🏼‍♀️

So if I make my own and with Greek yogurt I can eat all I want right???

Seasonings are just a guideline no measuring necessary but remember start small you can always add more! And another tip is let it set for a bit before adding too much more seasoning as letting it sets let’s all the seasoning marry together!

Tired of spending money on drive thru or concession stands this summer?

Create yourself a “dinner on the go” bag where you fill a cooler bag with a cooked freezer meal, wraps, peanut butter and jelly, whatever in a microwave safe bowl (if needs to stay HOT). This does nit have to be fancy.

You also keep plastic silverware, bottle water, napkins, wet wipes, and other sides or snacks in another pocket and you are ready for any night on the go picnic style!

For the perfect affordable “dinner on the go” bag comment “bag.” This will be a life saver most busy summer evenings!

I’ve done this for years since the kids started activities and it works great! Having a designated bag is what makes this work where you can keep all the basics stocked in it at all times
