NEED A QUICK BREAKFAST?
This 1 Minute Microwave Oatmeal will leave you fill you up and have you on the go in no time! No more buying those flavored oatmeal packets packed full of sugar.
All you have to do with this is throw a few ingredients into a mug then pop it into the microwave for 60 seconds and BOOM it’s done just like that!
Mix in whatever fruit or flavors sound good that day! Why? Cause you can!! 🙂 The options are endless with this recipe!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 c. Oatmeal
- Splash of Cow/Almond/Coconut Milk
- Salt, pinch
- Fruit, of your choice
- 1 t. brown sugar
- 1 egg
- maple syrup, optional
- honey, optional
- Dash of cinnamon/ other spices, optional
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Mix all together in a coffee mug.
- Microwave for 1 minute.
- Drizzle with syrup or honey if desired.
- Enjoy!
