A Spin Dip Stuffed Baguette! Say what?? We are all familiar with the many variations of Spin Dip at every party- but when you want yours to be the center of attention, make this!
I ran accross this idea on Facebook (you can check it out HERE). I have since made it several times.
If I walk by the bread aisle at the grocery store and see a baguette, you can about bet your pants I am making this Spin Dip Stuffed Baguette.
I have no other words to explain how good it is except to give you my recipe for it!

Spin Dip Stuffed Baguette

A party favorite Spin Dip is stuffed into a baguette and then smothered in garlic butter.

Serves: 6-8
Ingredients
- 1-8oz. package cream cheese
- 1 can artichoke hearts
- ½ bag fresh spinach OR 1 frozen box of spinach
- ½ c. parmesan cheese
- ½ c. mayo
- 2 T. chopped fresh basil OR 1 t. dried basil
- 2 T. finely chopped red onion, optional
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ½ c. chopped tomato, optional
- 1 baguette
- 3 T. melted butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced OR garlic powder OR garlic salt
- sprinkle of parsley, optional
Instructions
- Add the first 9 ingredients to a microwave safe bowl
- Microwave for 1-2 minutes until cream cheese is soft and you can easily mix together.
- Set aside.
- Cut your baguette into 4 sections
- Next, running your knife into the middle of the bread try to hollow out the center of the baguette
- Then, using a spoon, stuff the spin dip mix into the hollow bread
- Next, using a serated knife slice the bread into ¾ inch- 1 inch sections
- Place on foil
- Melt your 3 T. butter and add in garlic and parsley
- Brush over the bread
- Wrap the bread with foil
- Bake 350 degrees for about 15-20 minutes
- Enjoy
